Bridal Contract – Terms & Conditions

Bridal services are governed by the following terms, which form part of your bridal contract with Atelier J² Inc.

1. A 35% booking fee of the total contract amount is required to reserve your date and event. This amount is deducted from the total contract price.
2. The booking fee is non-refundable once paid.
3. The balance of the contract must be paid in full to Atelier J² Inc. prior to the event date, by credit card or e-transfer.
4. Cancellations must be made at least 90 days prior to the event date. If the contract is cancelled with less than 90 days' notice, the remaining contract balance becomes due.
5. Please disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions relevant to the products, services, or treatments to be performed, in advance of your event, so we can take this into account. This does not limit any rights you may have under Quebec law for injury caused by our fault or negligence.
6. The event date cannot be rescheduled except with Atelier J² Inc.'s agreement.
7. Additional services may be added to the contract, subject to Atelier J² Inc.'s approval.
8. If your booked artist becomes unavailable due to an emergency, we will provide another qualified artist to perform the contracted services.
9. Payment of the booking fee confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
