All services are final sale once purchased.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be billed 50% of the service price.

This cancellation policy does not apply to bridal contracts, which are governed by our separate Bridal Contract Terms & Conditions.

Service Issues

If a service was not delivered as described, or was not performed, please contact us at info@atelierj2.com so we can address it. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
